Laminar Flow Chamber With Fume Hood (Wet Bench)

We use high quality filter for providing a sterile working environment for various cultures like tissue, cell and etc. allied biotechnology applications. And for extract we will provide outdoor FRP blower with motor with low noise & vibration. Specifications:
Body | Designed to provide the highest level of protection and containment against highly corrosive acids. Made of highest quality corrosive resistant polypropylene (PP) with 8-10mm thickness. Proper non-corrosive cabinets would be provided below the working table for the storage of acids. There will be no perforation on the bottom work bench. The bottom work bench will be supported by PP ribs to avoid any sagging. |
Blower | Exhaust blower having a capacity of 600-800 cfm (4 ft) with induction motor more than 1.5 HP, 3 Phase. Exhaust will be made at the rear of the bench and connected with the vent to throw the air out of the room. Exhaust ducting made of PVC 2-3 mm thick, 8 inches diameter up to 6 m from the equipment. The exhaust ducting will have minimum number of bents with position of tapering and back flow siphoning. |
Filtration System | The filtration system is fitted with PTFE U15 ULPA filters, which is made of non-glass fiber. The filter frame is made be made of PVC. No metal mesh is present in the filter. Filtration system will have multiple stages with HEPA filter that can block the particles with sizes more than 0.3 microns. Filtration system will have low vibration and noise level. Filter efficiency will be more than 99.9%. |
Front Sash | Pully based-sash made of transparent acrylic sheet (6-10 mm thickness) to ensure smooth operation and longevity. Provision for height adjustment at every six inches interval. A one inch thick lip at the front is provided for efficient height adjustment of the sash. |
